MaryAnn Treziok has created the website www.EastlakeOne.com to inform home owners and potential buyers about current prices and related topics such as loans, neighborhood schools, and community events. Having lived in the community for 20 years, MaryAnn is an expert in the Eastlake 1 area. MaryAnn's excellent real estate career has spanned 7 years and she has earned the ePro Technology Certification Program designation from NAR. MaryAnn is very active in the community and recently graduated from the first Citizen's Leadership Academy organized by Mayor Cherly Cox. |

Before moving to Chula Vista, Nancy owned a furnitured and carpet sotre in Colorado, and worked as one of the top decorators, having decorated Ski lodges in Aspen as well as ranches in the Northeastern portion of the state. Upon arriving in San Diego, Nancy worked for Cole's Carpet. Nancy was encouraged by her son, Jeff, to focus her wealth of knowledge and experience on real estate sales. Nancy is able to help clients present their homes in the best possible way. She can also help clients understand which features of a home will best suit their needs. For example, she can explain how a child's playroom can become a homework room and then a spare bedroom over the course of years. Nancy treats every client like family. |

He is responsible for taking digital photos of our homes for sale, turning those photos into beautiful color brochures, creating our newspaper advertisements, and then putting all of this information on internet sites, such as www.REALTOR.com and our own website www.TheBettgerTeam.com. Chris is also a talented graphic designer, and has recently created the character "Mo the Moving Truck" and other illustrations for the videogames and eBooks found at www.RealEstateVideoGames.com. Chris has designed many of the elements, such as banners, found on the various Bettger Team websites as well.

Laura currently holds the rank of Lieutenant in the United States Navy, where she is a Supply Corps Officer. She has served on active duty for 5 years, and has served 6-months overseas in the Arabian Gulf onboard the USS Ashland. A native of Port Barre Louisiana, Laura earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. Before joining the military, she taught at the University of Louisian at Lafayette. Like many in the military, Laura and her husband, Gary, have owned multiple homes across the US during their careers. These buying and selling experiences led to Laura's decision to pursue Real Estate as a post-military career. |
