The Bettger Team is thrilled to announce the addition of Bridget Hallor to our team. Bridget is a native of Chula Vista and graduated from SDSU. She currently lives in Eastlake with her husband and two daughters. Before coming a Real Estate agent, Bridget was in corporate sales doing web-based teleconferencing and then owned interior decorating business.

With interest rates being dropped by the Feds, we believe that this cycle is nearing its bottom. Our recommendation is to buy any home that you feel is a good value. Griselda Diaz-Bettger Invited Speaker For Navy
On Oct. 5, 2007, Griselda was invited to give the keynote address at the Hispanic American Heritage Month Commemoration held at Naval Base Coronado. Griselda discussed her experiences growing up, going to school and now selling Rea Estate in the border region of San Diego and Tijuana.

New Hotel In Eastlake!
IRE Developement has recently proposed the developement of a state-of-the-art Embassy Suites Hotel in Eastlake, near the Eastlake Design District. The buisness-oriented hotel will have 156 suites and will provide over 8.000 square feet of much needed meeting space for conferences or graduation parties. No longer will local businesses need to send their visitors to Mission Valley hotels, along with the generated hotel tax.
